Terms of Service

Forge Digital (“Forge Digital,” “we,” “us”) is a web design studio owned and operated by Jordan Sledge in Conway, Arkansas. By hiring us or paying an invoice, you (“you,” “the client”) agree to these terms.
1. What we do
We design and build a custom website for your business (the “build”) and, if you choose, keep it running through a monthly care plan.
- Build ($500, one time): a complete, custom, mobile-first website with your content, plus two rounds of revisions before it goes live.
- Care Plan ($99/month, optional): hosting, security, backups, edits and updates on request, weekly checks, and a monthly report.
- Premium Care Plan ($150/month, optional): everything in the Care Plan, plus Google Business Profile management and local SEO.
2. Payment
- The $500 build fee is due up front, before the build begins.
- The care plans ($99/month and $150/month) are billed monthly and are month to month with no contract.
- Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Revisions and your responsibilities
- The build includes two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds or work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
- You agree to provide the content we need (business details, services, photos, reviews) and timely feedback so we can build and launch on schedule.
- You confirm you have the right to use any text, photos, logos, or other materials you give us.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel the care plan anytime by contacting us. Billing stops for the following month. Fees already paid are not refunded, and hosting ends after the paid period unless you keep an active care plan. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Ownership
- You own the content, photos, and copy you provide, and the brand-specific content of your finished site.
- Forge Digital retains ownership of the underlying code, frameworks, and reusable components used to build sites. While you are on the care plan, you have a license to use your live site.
- Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Forge Digital may reference your project as an example of our work in our portfolio.
6. Availability
We work to keep sites fast and online, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We aren’t responsible for outages or issues caused by third parties such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or payment processors.
7. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, Forge Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the one month before the claim.
8. Termination
Either of us may end the working relationship. Fees already paid are non-refundable. On termination of the care plan, hosting ends after the paid period.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted here, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
