Refund & Cancellation Policy

All fees are non-refundable
Forge Digital does not offer refunds. Every fee, the one-time build fee and every monthly care-plan payment, is non-refundable once paid. Please read this policy before you pay.
The build fee ($500, one time)
The $500 build fee pays for designing and building your website. It is non-refundable.
- The build includes two rounds of revisions so we can get the site right together before it goes live. If something isn’t right, we fix it within those rounds.
- We confirm the plan and direction with you before building, so you know what you’re getting before any work starts.
The care plans ($99 and $150/month)
- The care plan is month to month with no contract. You can cancel anytime.
- When you cancel, billing stops for the following month. Payments already made are not refunded or prorated, and your site stays live and supported through the end of the month you’ve paid for.
- To cancel, email jordan.forgedigital@gmail.com or call/text (501) 764-2231. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month.
What happens to your site if you cancel
The care plan includes hosting. If you cancel it, your site stays online through the month you’ve paid for. After that, continued hosting requires an active care plan, and the site may be taken offline. You own the content, photos, and copy you provided, and you can request a copy of them. If you’d like to move the site to your own hosting, contact us and we’ll help arrange a handoff.
